Villa Aruch - Florence

The spacious apartment featured a lovely kitchenette, great to have some snacks and coffee whenever we wanted. We appreciated the comfortable bed for a good night's sleep before our early flight. The lounge area was a great spot to relax, filled with complimentary coffee, snacks, and pastries. The bathroom could use some attention. We found some mold present, disappointing. We had a bit of trouble with the shower. The holder was missing, leading to an awkward shower experience. Service could improve as well. There were a few delays when we requested additional amenities. It served our purpose well for a quick airport stop.

I appreciated the room with tv, the bed was spacious.

The stay was convenient as it was close to the airport. The apartment was beautifully decorated, and the common area had a cozy feel with plenty of candies and cookies. When we arrived, we faced a delay with the baby crib we requested in advance, taking over an hour to be delivered, which was uncomfortable with a tired baby. The place met our needs for a quick airport stop.

The room was well-appointed and I liked its unique decor. The bed was comfy & the staff was amiable and super-friendly.

Liked coffee, a kitchen, and a lounge area in the room. Everything was perfect, but a few employees were not very helpful. Magnificent location and very very helpful and lively staff were a definite plus.

Clean rooms but mold present in bathroom area.

Style of apartment

20 euro charge if kitchenette not left spotless. No cleaning materials. Could buy for 5 euros but they had no cleaning kits left as last one sold the week before. Had to walk into the high rise estates at night to find a supermarket to by cleaning materials. Appalled. Hotel next to lorry depot No English speaking TV channels

We had a large bedroom. The location was excellent and amazing near center, very close to a tram station.

The friendly staff made our arrival effortless, eagerly assisting us with travel arrangements. Our studio was spacious and comfortable, with great amenities for a pleasant stay. The lush garden provided a tranquil spot to unwind after exploring the city. Perfect for a couple seeking convenience and relaxation before a flight!

Very comfortable, large, modern and stylish apartements. Very fiendly staff. If you trevel by car or dont afraid of 20-30 min bus to center - its great choice for you!

2 minutes from the airport, free parking, nice spacious apt. Wifi very slow (needed it for work) but was free. Clean, well priced, new, sat. tv, well equipped apartment. Location is not the best if your looking for views, but adequate for a city trip or early morning flight. Would return.

Villa aruch is a charming getaway! The beautiful suite was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. They provided bottled water and snacks, and the desk clerk helped us find the best spots to visit. It's not far from a bus stop.

The villa by itself is very attractive and compact, everything you needed are within your reach and available. The beds and the whole loft is very comfortable. We had a good stay at Villa Aruch and the nights are so comforting after a whole day of travelling within the citiies of Florence. We even had the chance to wash our used-up clothes since washing machine is available. Very accessible and not far from the train station, transportation lines are also available, but one need to be well informed as to the rates so as not to get into a difficult arrangement with taxis, car hires, etc.

It could have been better if the package was on Bed and Breakfast since it was a bit of a hassle for me to do some shopping, cooking and preparing for five people as we are on a holiday trip. Otherwise, everything is okay.

The place is roomy and comfortable, tastily decorated and close to the bus stop. Staff is friendly. Enclosed large garden for the children to play. Parking
